Custom automations are quoted after a free scoping call. Every number is agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
Automations go live in 2 days to 2 weeks. Custom automations run 2 to 4 weeks, with the timeline set in writing after the scoping call, and quick wins prioritized so you start reclaiming hours early. We agree the go-live date up front, not at the end.
For Automations and Custom automations, a monthly fee only applies if you want us to keep the system running. Products carry a monthly fee from €200 that covers the connections, monitoring, and tuning. Telephony and model usage are always passed through at cost, never marked up, and third-party licences are billed by those vendors.
Everything runs on EU-hosted infrastructure, built to SOC 2 controls, with a DPA on request under a GDPR Article 28 agreement. If the model itself has to run on your own hardware, or a single-tenant server nobody else touches, that is our sister brand yourtrained.ai.

Quotes are fixed scope and fixed fee, so anything outside the agreed scope sheet is a separate, clearly priced change. Usage costs, like a model API call or a phone number, are passed through at cost. Third-party software licences are billed by those vendors, not by us.
No. You stay in control. Our systems are human-in-the-loop by design: they do the repetitive work, and you approve the decisions that matter. Nothing financial, legal, or client-facing goes out without your sign-off where it counts.
Every build ships with monitoring, error alerts, and a named person with a phone number, not a ticket queue. If it does not do what the scope sheet says, we fix it. That is included, not a change request.
